IGotYou! is operated by MONOBIT, registered under Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 59.794.566/0001-85 ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
IGotYou! (also TireiVocê! and ¡TeSaqué!, depending on the language) is a tool for organizing Secret Santa draws. The organizer creates an account, sets up a group, adds participants and runs the draw. Each participant accesses their own page through a personal link, with no account and no password.
By design, not even the organizer sees the draw result: who drew whom is revealed only on each participant's personal page.
Only the organizer has an account, created with an email and password and confirmed by email verification. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Contact us at info@monobit.com.br if you suspect unauthorized use. You represent that you have legal capacity (18 or older, or duly assisted) to accept these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights; (b) add people or send invitations without a lawful basis to process their data; (c) attempt to breach security, overload, copy, or reverse-engineer the service; (d) use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
When you add participants (name, email and/or phone), you represent that you are authorized or otherwise have a lawful basis to provide their data and for us to send, on your behalf, the Secret Santa invitations and notices. You are responsible toward the participants for including them. We process this data only to provide the service to you (see the Privacy Policy).
You and the participants may create content (wish lists, messages, wall posts). That content is yours; you are solely responsible for it. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it to the right people, only as needed to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We make reasonable efforts to deliver emails but do not guarantee delivery, which depends on factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or for draws that did not go as planned. The service is a Secret Santa organizing tool, unrelated to betting or prize draws.
The IGotYou!, TireiVocê! and ¡TeSaqué! brands, the software and the design are owned by MONOBIT. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion has a 24-hour grace period (you can undo it by logging back in), after which the account and its groups are permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. When we publish a new version, we will ask you to accept it again to keep using the service. We keep a record of each acceptance (date, version and IP address).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Comarca de São Paulo/SP, Brasil shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
